FOUNDERS STORY

Ike Stranathan and Ben Kingston started Netting Nations in 2006 after learning about malaria, and the life-saving properties of long-lasting insecticidal mosquito nets. Neither Ben or Ike had personally suffered from malaria, known someone with the disease, or traveled to Africa to experience the epidemic firsthand. They were just two guys who saw a huge problem, and decided to do something about it! They were also amazed at how few nets it took to save a life, and how per dollar spent, nets are one of the best ways to save a life!

Netting Nations was incorporated, and six months after that, received it’s coveted 501(c)(3) non-profit organization status from the IRS. Since then, Netting Nations has completed a number of successful projects, passed out thousands of nets in 4 countries, and taken on many new members.

With your generosity we will continue to take on more ambitious projects, pass out more nets, and save more lives!
