Netting Nations was founded in April of 2006 and was approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) federally tax exempt organization in November of that same year. All of its members range in age between 25 and 35 years old and volunteer out of their own personal time. Netting Nations prides itself on transparency and efficacy. Meaning, nearly 100% of donations received go straight to the purchase and distribution of World Health Organization (WHO)-approved Insecticide Treated Mosquito Nets (ITNs) in a direct and expeditious manner.
Netting Nations carries out its mission through both surgical strikes against malaria, as well as large distribution campaigns. We have purchased and shipped as little as 50 nets to a partner organization for their distribution campaign in Senegal, as well as over 200 nets to a hospital Zambia, and much larger projects are currently in the works. We are also working synergistically with a number of organizations to see that malaria's days as an epidemic are numbered.
Unfortunately, the epidemic of malaria is alive and well. Therefore, Netting Nations needs people like you to pick up the flag and help us in our mission to combat the global spread of malaria, whether it be through donations, organizing fundraisers or, simply, educating the public about a problem that seems so far away but in reality impacts us all on a global level.
Please, take a moment and inquire as to what you can do to help save lives.
